About
I’m Anthony Furlong, an Emmy Award–winning Executive Creative Director.
I help companies figure out what to build, how to build it, and how to make it work.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been brought in to solve expensive, high-ambiguity problems where the opportunity is real, but the model is unclear: new divisions, new business lines, creative organizations, content systems, production pipelines, and IP platforms that need structure before they can scale.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, creative leadership, and business design. I build the structure around the idea: the team, operating model, production system, commercial logic, and executive alignment required to turn ambition into something repeatable, scalable, and commercially valuable.
I’ve built and scaled multidisciplinary teams of up to 50 creatives, directed production crews of 100+, influenced annual budgets up to $8M, increased operating margin from approximately 20% to 60%, generated $2.5M in single-day launch revenue, and helped lead initiatives generating more than $50M in consumer spend.
Alongside CEOs, founders, and executive leadership, I’ve built internal divisions, designed monetization and production systems, and led major initiatives across brand, entertainment, sports, and technology for organizations including Apple, Google, NBCUniversal, Ford, Lexus, HBO, the NFL, Mattel, and Marvel.
I received a Sports Emmy Award for the NBC Sunday Night Football open. My work has ranged from global product launches and broadcast campaigns to IP-driven ventures, enterprise content systems, and new business infrastructure designed for long-term growth.
I do not operate as a traditional Creative Director focused only on output. I build the systems that allow creative work to perform at enterprise scale.
